ジビエ利用量最多　２１年度　コロナ禍から回復１８％増　鹿肉けん引２８％増　農水省

２０２１年度のジビエ（野生鳥獣の肉）の利用量が２１２７トンで、前年度から１８％増えたことが農水省の調査で分かった。コロナ禍で落ち込んだ前年から回復し、過去最高となった。鹿肉の販売量が同２８％増の９４７トンとなり、全体を押し上げた。一方、イノシシ肉は捕獲数の減少を受け、販売量は同１６％減の３５７トンだった。 　ジビエ利用量は調査を始めた１６年度の１２８３トンから伸び続けていたが、２０年度はコロナ禍で外食需要が低迷。鹿肉販売量が落ちたことが響き、１８１０トンで同１０％減と前年度割れしていた。２１年度は鹿肉の需要回復を主因に盛り返した。 　食肉処理施設の鹿の解体数は９万９０３３頭で同１５％増となる一方、イノシシの解体数は２万９６６６頭で同１５％減った。イノシシは豚熱への感染や全国的な捕獲対策の強化で生息数が減り、２１年度は捕獲数も同２割減っている。 　２１年度はペットフードとしての販売量も６５６トンで同３４％増と大きく伸びた。三重県で事業者の動きが活発化し、販売量が同８倍の５６トンと伸びるなどした。ペットフードには鹿などが向けられているとみられる。 　鹿、イノシシ以外の鳥獣の食肉販売量は同３３％増の２０トンだった。 　２１年度の食肉の販売価格をみると、１キロ当たり鹿肉は２１７３円で同１１％高となる一方、イノシシ肉は３５５７円で同５％安だった。近年は鹿肉の価格は横ばい傾向で、５年前は１キロ当たり２２２９円。イノシシ肉の価格は５年前は同３９９７円で下落傾向となっている。 出典：https://www.agrinews.co.jp/news/index/107327

１０月の畜産物は年末に向け、上げ基調となる品目が目立つ。政府の観光支援が始まり、和牛は業務需要の回復に期待。鶏肉は需要の高まりに供給減が重なり、高値が続く。鶏卵は加工向けが動く。豚肉は頭数増加で小幅に下げる。 牛肉　観光客需要に期待 　牛肉は強含み。全国旅行支援の開始や、インバウンド（訪日外国人）の入国者数上限の撤廃などで、「和牛は買いが強まる可能性がある」（都内の食肉卸）。食品の値上げで節約志向が一層強まり、家庭向けは厳しい販売環境が続く。 　牛肉全体の荷動きが鈍く、出回り量は減る見通し。農畜産業振興機構は国産、輸入を合わせた１０月の出回り量を前年比６％減の７・４万トンと予測する。 　東京市場の和牛去勢Ａ４が１キロ２３２０円、Ｆ１Ｂ３が１５２０円、ホルスＢ２が１０００円前後。 豚肉　小幅安も高値推移 　豚肉は弱含み。例年のような大幅な出荷頭数増加はなさそう。価格は下げても小幅下げになる見込み。首都圏の食肉卸は「出荷頭数次第だが、５００円台後半で推移する」と見通す。鍋物需要が活発化し、売り場はバラ主体の品ぞろえとなる。 　輸入量は安価な冷凍品の増加が続く。農畜産業振興機構は１０月の冷凍品の輸入量を前年比５％増の４・６万トンと予測する。輸入、国産を合わせた期末在庫量は同３割増の２３・７万トン。 　東京市場の上物平均価格は１キロ５８０円。 鶏肉　不足感で引き強く 　鶏肉は強い。低価格志向で業務、家庭向けともに需要が高まる一方、一部産地で台風の影響があり供給が減少。「年末向けの冷凍品の手当てに加え、生鮮品の動きも活発で不足感が強い」（関東の鶏肉卸） 　農畜産業振興機構は１０月の輸入量を前年比２％減の５万トンと予測。「例年、需要期に向けて増加する時期だが、米国産の鳥インフルエンザの影響などで不安定な状況が続く」とみる。 　１キロ平均価格（農水省統計ベース）はモモ肉が６９０円、ムネ肉が３７０円となる。 鶏卵　加工筋向け活発化 　鶏卵は上げる。好調な業務需要に加え、気温低下で家庭向けの販売も堅調に推移する。「月見商戦は落ち着くものの、製パンや洋菓子など加工筋に向けた液卵の引き合いが出てくる」（東日本の流通業者）。香港を中心に、輸出向けの荷動きも好調という。「円安のメリットが大きく、輸出需要を後押ししている」（同） 　飼料高騰の影響で生産意欲が減退し、生産は抑制傾向となっている。 　ＪＡ全農たまごの平均価格（東京地区・Ｍ級）は１キロ２４０円。 出典：https://www.agrinews.co.jp/economy/index/107823

The price hikes hitting Japanese consumers show no signs of abating. One supermarket in Tokyo is planning more price hikes from October. The retailer in Koto Ward has raised prices for about half of the products in the store since spring, including essentials such as noodles, bread, and cooking oil. Japan to review basic law on food, agriculture and rural areas amid growing threats to food security

Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Sept. 9 instructed the government’s headquarters for stable food supply and sustainable agriculture to review the basic law on food, agriculture and rural areas, known as the “constitution of agriculture policies,” with a view to revise it. Agriculture minister Tetsuro Nomura said the government will show the direction on what to do with the law in about a year while focusing on creating a consensus among the people.
