項目名	製品名ではなく、一般的な用語
原材料の名前	全原材料の重量比率の降順で使用原材料の名称を記載してください。 アレルゲン：卵や小麦粉など7つのアイテムを表示する必要があります。 遺伝子組み換え食品：対象となる33の加工食品に関して、遺伝子組み換え農産物または遺伝子組み換え農産物を分離せずに農産物が含まれている場合は、その事実を示さなければなりません。
添加剤	使用した添加剤の名称を、すべての添加剤の重量比の降順で説明してください。添加剤に関する情報は、原材料の情報と明確に区別することにより、原材料の名前の列に表示される場合があります。 アレルゲン：卵や小麦粉などのアイテムを表示する必要があります。
ネットコンテンツ	重量（gまたはkg）。ボリューム（milまたはI）、または数量（numberなど）
賞味期限	年、月、日の順に説明してください。製造日から賞味期限までの期間が3ヶ月を超える加工食品については、年月のみで十分な場合があります。
保存方法	指定された使用期限または賞味期限までの保存条件を具体的に説明してください。ここでの説明は、開封後に注意する必要はありません。
出身国の名前	輸入加工食品の場合、原産国名を省略してはなりません。
インポーター	表示内容の責任を負う食品関連事業者が輸入者である場合、欄名は「輸入者」とします。輸入者の住所（事務所の場所）と名前（輸入者が個人の場合は個人の名前、輸入者が法人の場合は法人の名前。店舗名のみを記載することはできません）を記載してください。

（注）一部の食品については、すべての加工食品に共通する基本的な表示事項に加えて、個別の義務表示（食品表示法第4条、添付表19）および表示方法（添付表20）が規定されています。
