メロン平年３割高　彼岸、業務需要で引き2023年3月17日
メロンの相場が平年比３割高の高値で展開している。１８日からの春の彼岸向け販売に加え、新型コロナウイルス禍からの業務需要回復があり、引き合いが強い。一方、産地では燃油高から厳寒期の作付けを休む生産者も出ており、出回りに不足感がある。今後も高値基調が続く見通し。　３月中旬（１６日まで）の一般メロンの日農平均価格（各地区大手７卸のデータを集計）は平年比３０％高の１キロ９６７円。１４日には同１４７３円を付けていた。輸入メロンが高騰する中、「ホテルや外食などの大口取引が戻ってきた」（卸）ことで国産の引きが強まった。　高価格帯の「アールス」も同２８％高を付ける。冬作の計画量は前年から１割ほど少なく、都内の果実専門店は「寒波の影響もあり、彼岸の進物用の上位等級は高止まりしている」と指摘。生産量が増えるのは４月下旬以降の見通し。　青果卸は「メロンの業務需要や海外ニーズは底堅く、彼岸後は価格を下げても小幅にとどまる」として、今後も堅調な展開を見通す。引用：https://www.agrinews.co.jp/news/index/143801
醸せ東北日本酒　ドイツでＰＲイベント2023年3月17日
日本貿易振興機構（ジェトロ）は２７日、ドイツの首都ベルリンで日本酒のＰＲイベントを開いた。東北６県２０酒蔵の製品が出展。現地飲食店の関係者らに試飲を振る舞うなどして魅力を伝えた。　参加したのは、現地レストランやバー、老舗高級百貨店ＫａＤｅＷｅの関係者ら２５人。出席者によると、欧州では日本酒の認知度はまだ低いという。　別の出席者は、欧州ではアルコール離れが進んでいるが、「ビールやワイン、ウォッカなどに比べて、日本酒は軽やかさが特徴でチャンスはある」と指摘した。会場には、在ドイツ日本国大使館の柳秀直大使も駆けつけた。引用：https://www.agrinews.co.jp/news/index/140085
米「特Ａ」減　猛暑響く　コシ苦戦、耐性品種躍進　２２年産食味ランク2023年3月17日
　日本穀物検定協会（穀検）は２８日、２０２２年産米の食味ランキングを発表した。対象の１５２産地品種のうち、最高位の「特Ａ」に格付けされたのは４０。低迷した前年からさらに２減った。登熟期の猛暑や天候不順が影響したとみられる。「コシヒカリ」の苦戦が広がった一方、高温耐性品種では「にこまる」が特Ａ数を倍増させるなど存在感を示した。全ランキングはこちら　ランキングは今回で５２回目。４４道府県の１５２産地品種を対象とした。　前年は登熟期の天候不順などが影響し、５段階評価で最高位の特Ａは１１減と大幅減となったが、２２年産はこれをさらに下回った。全国的な猛暑に加え、台風や線状降水帯の発生による日照不足も影響したとみられる。　特Ａに格上げされたのは９産地品種。高温耐性のある品種では、長崎と愛媛の「にこまる」や香川「おいでまい」の他、福井「いちほまれ」が特Ａに返り咲いた。鳥取「星空舞」は初めて特Ａを獲得した。　この他、北海道「ゆめぴりか」と山形「つや姫」が特Ａの連続記録を伸ばした。　特ＡからＡに格下げされたのは１２産地品種。「コシヒカリ」の苦戦が顕著で、７産地品種を占めた。穀検は「コシヒカリは比較的丈が長く、倒伏などの影響があった」と分析する。　秋田「あきたこまち」、宮城・岩手「ひとめぼれ」といった品種は近年、連続して特Ａ評価を得られていない。関東や北陸、近畿では特Ａがゼロの産地もあった。　参考品種では、秋田県期待の新品種「サキホコレ」や、２３年から全国デビューを予定している青森「はれわたり」が特Ａを獲得した。あわせて読みたい高温下　品種特性を発揮　「にこまる」存在感　22年産米食味ランキング引用：https://www.agrinews.co.jp/news/index/140074
