秋の行楽シーズンを控え、厚生労働省などはキノコによる食中毒の注意を促す。食中毒は、野生種を食べる機会が増える９～１１月ごろに多発する。食用できるキノコと似た外見のものもあり、判別できない場合「採らない、食べない、売らない、譲渡しない」の“４ナイ”徹底を呼びかける。ＪＡも直売所出荷者に見分け方の講習会を開き誤食防止を図っている。（鵜澤朋未） 厚労省によると、毒キノコの食中毒は例年９～１１月に集中する。２０２１年までの１０年間で８２０人が中毒症状となり、うち３人が死亡した。 ２１年はツキヨタケ、クサウラベニタケ、カキシメジなどによる食中毒が報告された。患者約４０人のうち、半数以上の２５人がツキヨタケによるもの。食用のヒラタケ、ムキタケ、シイタケと間違えやすい。食後３０分から１時間程度で嘔吐（おうと）、下痢、腹痛などの中毒症状を起こす。 クサウラベニタケ、カキシメジも食用と間違えやすく、同様の症状が出る。近年は触れただけで皮膚の炎症を起こすカエンタケは脳神経障害を、かつて食用されていたスギヒラタケは急性脳症を、それぞれ起こす恐れがあるとして注意を促す。 同省食品監視安全課の担当者は「生育環境で形状に個体差があり、食用と非常に似てしまうものもある」と指摘。「確実に食用だと言えないものは、採ったり食べたり誰かにあげたりしては絶対に駄目」と話す。 見極め肝心 講習各地で キノコの見分け方を学ぶ講習会は各地で開かれている。 長野県の長野市や松本市などでは、食品衛生協会などが「きのこ中毒防止展示会」を開催。毒キノコ、食用、毒はないが食用に向かないものを並べる。県のホームページで開催日程を紹介。県担当者は「毒があるものと、似ているが食用できるキノコとの違いをしっかり覚えてほしい」と話す。新潟県内でも各地区の食品衛生協会が、講習会を開く。 長野県のＪＡ上伊那生産者直売部会やＪＡ信州諏訪直売所専門委員会は、出荷可能なキノコの特徴を確認するため出荷者向けの講習会を開いた。石川県のＪＡおおぞらの直売所・能登おおぞら村も講習会を開き、見分け方の徹底を図った。 ＜メモ＞ 農水省によると、日本には２００種以上の毒キノコが生息する。下痢など消化器系の中毒症状から幻聴や幻覚を起こす神経系のものまで毒性はさまざま。被害が最も多いツキヨタケはブナの枯れ木に群生し、夜になると緑色に発光する。 出典：https://www.agrinews.co.jp/society/index/105321
